Vital Home Care LLC was founded to answer a simple question: how do we help more Vermonters remain at home—safely, with dignity, and surrounded by the people and places they love—regardless of age, ability, or income?
Today, we provide personalized care in private homes and agency-operated homes in Washington County, guided by clinical excellence and genuine community roots.

Licensing & Payment Information
Vital Home Care currently welcomes private-pay clients. Participation in Vermont Choices for Care and Medicaid/Medicare programs is being pursued and will be clearly confirmed here before those payment options are offered.
